Jackie and Jeff's Engagement

It must be nice to be Jackie and Jeff...getting married in December, so in love, and um yeah, really freakin' adorable! I met Jackie and Jeff at Erica and Dan's wedding this summer! I am so thankful for referrals from my clients! Thank you Linda! (Linda is Erica's mom, who is the sister of Jackie's mom.) Now don't be jealous of Jackie and Jeff! Yes, they are super cute, but they are also super nice and I am so excited for their wedding in a few short months!! (What's with all the exclamation points??!!)

Lauren + Nathan • Engagement

All I can say about Lauren and Nathan is that they are the cutest, sweetest, most adorable couple EVER!! Yup, I said it...EVER. So don't try and tell me you know a cuter, more adorable couple, because...I. Won't. Believe. You. And *sigh* they are so in love. Awww......Can't wait for their wedding next June, which coincidentally, is on my ten year wedding anniversary! Now, I wouldn't do that for just ANY couple....only the sweetest, cutest, most adorable....ok, you get the picture....

Frozen Clam Polar Plunge

Ah, the first blog post of the year.  It was supposed to be a recap of 2011, but maybe this post is even more appropriate.  I'll get to that recap soon enough.  There were polar plunges going on all over the state here on January 1st, but my cousin Ryan, also starring as the groom in Ryan and Laurie's wedding here and here, organized the first annual Frozen Clam (polar plunge) which benefitted the Rhode Island Mentoring Partnership, a non profit organization offering mentoring services to RI's youth.  The plunge had a great turnout and was a big success!  I'm not sure if he bribed all his family members or what, but they all took the plunge too!  On a side note: you could NOT pay me enough money to plunge!  I'd be way more likely to take the plunge if it was held in August.  Think that's a possibility? No? Hmm, well I guess I'll just be offering up my photography services instead then. A lot of our extended family also came to participate in or support this year's plunge....
